Small packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail. This service is the fastest and most economical for this size of package. The U.S.P.S. delivers to the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO), Monday through Saturday. All other packages will be shipped regular ground service by UPS. Ground service delivers to a large section of the U.S. within 3 days from our location.
Approved Items are Subject to a 30% restock fee.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You now own them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

DAMAGED GOODS - SHIPPING RELATED
If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented box, any tears or holes in package, or tape that appears to have been replaced, immediately inspect contents of package for parts damage. If damage is found contact us for instructions
Do not discard the package or box that the item shipped in. If a claim is filed, arrangements will be made for inspection and/or pickup of damaged item and packaging.
SHORTAGES, ERRORS OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All shortages or errors must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of order.
269 Motorsports will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. This warranty to replace is the only warranty expressed, implied or statutory on which the buyer purchases the company's products.
There are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to merchantability, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty will not be in force for any merchandise that was not installed with accepted installation procedures or that has been altered in any manner.
To the extent that a product comes with a warranty from the original manufacturer, the buyer should contact the original manufacturer for any and all warranty repair or replacements.
