269 Motorsports generally processes all orders within 1 business day (unless stated otherwise) of when the order is placed, this excludes weekends and holidays. We ship to all the lower 48 states in the continental United States, please see the shipping chart below for estimated shipping times.

Small packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail. This service is the fastest and most economical for this size of package. The U.S.P.S. delivers to the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO), Monday through Saturday. All other larger packages will be shipped regular ground service by UPS. Ground service delivers to a large section of the U.S. within 3 days from our location. 


 Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before we ship will be refunded to the original payment method used. A 5% transaction fee will be charged on cancelations. Check with your processor for rules on the time frame for refunds to be credited to your account.  

Returns Policy

All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. All return orders are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. No returns accepted for tools. 

You may return any parts (unless noted otherwise) to 269 Motorsports within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition. 269 Motorsports is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged/Lost Goods -

Notification of all damaged/missing items are to be reported within 7 days of delivery. Do not discard the package or box that the item shipped in. If a claim is filed, arrangements will be made for inspection and/or pickup of damaged items and packaging. 

If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented box, any tears or holes in the package, immediately inspect the contents of the package for parts damage. If damage/missing items are found contact us at within 7 days for delivery.



269 Motorsports offers a standard 30 day warranty and will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. This warranty to replace is the only warranty expressed, implied or statutory on which the buyer purchases the company's products. There are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to merchantability, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty will not be in force for any merchandise that was not installed with accepted installation procedures or that has been altered in any manners. To the extent that a product comes with a warranty from the original manufacturer, the buyer should contact the original manufacturer for any and all warranty repair or replacement's. All manufacturers' names, symbols and descriptions used are used for the purpose of identification only. It is neither inferred nor implied that any item offered by 269 Motorsports is a product of, authorized by, or in any way connected with the vehicle manufacturer. 269 Motorsports strives to ensure accuracy in its product advertisements, catalogs, and website, but is not responsible for printing errors. All prices, part numbers, product classes, policies and terms are subject to change without notice.
