Our manufacturing process employs automated tubing benders, CNC machining, and laser cut components. Note: Welding the notch kit is recommended when using the truck for towing or loading purposes.
Note: 1999 & early 2000's applications will need spacer kit for installation. 1999 & 2000's chassis would have 36" transmission crossmember with offset on mounts for clarification.
Note: Axle Brackets will require welding to rear axle housing. Axle brackets would only work on factory axle diameter of 3 1/8" (3.125").
Note: 99-00 applications would have a 5" tall frame rails, and 00-06 applications will have a 5.5" tall frame rails when comparing our weld on brackets.
